Shipping Cost
We’ve made it easy to calculate your shipping cost! Simply enter your delivery address, email address and select the items you’re interested in during checkout and our system will automatically calculate the shipping to your location. We offer door-to-door delivery using reputable carriers that specialise in fragile goods.
In rare cases, the system might not be able to calculate a shipping cost for your address. If this happens, please don’t hesitate to contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
Unless stated otherwise, all our in-stock orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 48 hours. The transit time for your order to arrive at your home depends on where you live.
- 4-10 Working-days for North Island.
- 3-7 Working-days for South Island
This is an estimate, might be delayed due to peak season of the delivery company or weather conditions.
The delivery staff will follow the delivery instructions/directions supplied when purchasing online. We cannot be held responsible for any loss of goods left unattended at your request.
Please note that the delivery company does not unwrap your goods or remove packaging.
GENERAL PICKUP INFORMATION
You are welcome to collect your new furniture from our Christchurch Showroom or directly from our Hornby warehouse via appointment.

If you'd like to pick-up from our store, we'd require at least 1-2 days to transfer the item from our warehouse to our showroom with larger items requiring more time as we would need one of our carriers to help with the transfer.
Alternatively, we also offer pick-up from our Hornby warehouse via appointment. Please contact us after purchase to organize a time/date for your pick-up and we will share the warehouse address and meet you there at the arranged time.
You are welcome to arrange a third party to pick up orders on your behalf
Whoever is picking up the order needs to have your invoice number. Pre-arrangement and confirmation are required before pick up.
